AXCOS Wired to Wireless
The solutions offered by AXCOS AL900 include Data Logging, Gateway Interface, Programmable Data Generation on multiple physical layers, and System Controls (Programmable Core Unit – PCU). AXCOS AL900 board is a device that can record, process, and control data in real-time. In real-time, the wired bus communication and electrical signals on analog inputs are recorded. The AXCOS host application deployed on a terminal has access to the board’s storage. The gateway solution makes it possible to transfer data from one communication protocol to another and convert electrical signals from/to a communication frame. The data generation solution is capable of producing data on a wired bus and electrical signals on analog output. The integration of custom control firmware on board is possible thanks to the programmable core unit (PCU). The AL900 PCU interpreter’s syntax and semantics are designed for rapid prototyping purposes. The board AL900 integrates a Disruptive Logic Engine (DLE) for system design. Disruptive Logic Engine (DLE) offers application design by elimination logic only. The AL900 PCU incorporates a Software Epsilon Management (SEM) for arithmetic calculation. For motion control, Interrupt For Motion (IFM) is embedded on the AL900 Programmable Core Unit. The Voltaic Event Caution (VEC) insures the supervision of voltaic event. The M Saturation Bridge (MSB) is a software component for magnetic saturation. The Alpha Pi Control (APC) component combines cause-effect for control. The Sinusoidal Control Peak (SCP) component is provided for waste control. The board setup is carried out using the wired host link.
